1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days for ready-to-ship items. Pre-order and made-to-order items require 7–21 business days depending on production time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Time Shipping time depends on your location and carrier:

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by country) Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
